Dr. Luther “Trey” Rollins, III, MD has 24 years experience in general surgery and pain management. Dr. Rollins is a graduate of Emory University School of Medicine. Completing an internship and a one year surgical residency at Georgia Baptist Hospital, he finished his medical training with a two year residency in Emory’s Anesthesia department and became Chief Resident of Grady Memorial Hospital’s Anesthesia Department. During his service as a Pain physician and Anesthesiologist at Piedmont Hospital, Dr. Rollins held advisory positions on various Boards and Committees including Chairman of the Anesthesia Department and President of it’s Board of Directors .

Dr. “Trey” Rollins has completed extensive work in the areas of Spinal Cord and Peripheral Nerve Stimulation, Intrathecal Pump Implantation, Vertebroplasty, Kyphoplasty, Discography and Intradiscal Therapies, various approaches to Radiofrequency Ablation, and numerous nerve blocks and spinal injections. Dr. Rollins hold dual Board Certifications in Pain Management and Anesthesiology. He continues to hone his skills and keep updated on the advancing techniques in pain management by attending various intensive review workshops on pain medicine through out the year.

Dr. Rollins is known in the medical field as a thorough physician with a gentle bedside manner. He is member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Georgia Society of Anesthesiologists, and Greater Atlanta Society of Anesthesiologists.

Dr. Rollins resides in Atlanta with his wife Jeannine. They have three daughters.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kevin J. Sheahan, M.D.

Dr. Kevin Sheahan received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Medical College of Georgia. He then completed his  internship and residency at the University of South Florida Medical Center in Tampa, Fl. Dr. Sheahan's pain management training was completed at Emory.

Dr. Sheahan has been practicing interventional pain management and minimally invasive spine care since 1993. He serves as a managing partner of Southeastern Interventional Pain Associates. Dr. Sheahan's interests are Interventional Pain Management Procedures, Diagnostic  Discography, Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant, and Intrathecal InfusionPumps.

Dr. Sheahan has completed extensive work in the areas of Spinal Cord and Peripheral Nerve Stimulation, Intrathecal Pump Implantation, Discography and various approaches to Radiofrequency Ablation, and numerous nerve blocks and spinal injections.

Dr. Sheahan is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pain Management, and a Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society, American Pain Society, American Society of Addiction Medicine, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Donald S. Orr, M.D.

Board Certified Neurology

Dr. Donald Orr has been a clinical neurologist since 1984.  In his career, he has treated patients with many common neurological conditions. He specializes in the treatment of chronic headaches. He has observed the challenge of effective treatments for pain and also how his patients have been helped by all that is available in a pain management clinic.  He particularly enjoys being able to work closely with specialists in Pain Management.

Dr. Orr attended Duke University and Emory University School of Medicine.  He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha.  He served as a line officer in the US Navy.  He also obtained a M.S. degree from the University of Chicago.  He has fed a lifelong curiosity about the mathematics of things by growing a library of mathematical texts that his wife refers to as “all those yellow books”.

Dr. Orr is well respected as a thorough physician. He is a member of the American Pain Society, American Society of Addiction Medicine, and the American Academy of Neurology.

Dr. Orr resides in Atlanta, with his wife Marcia. They have a grown daughter.
