What We Do...

Southeastern Interventional Pain Associates (SIPA) provides the highest quality techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain and associated symptoms of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. SIPA Physicians have a combined 36 years experience in pain management. SIPA also offers treatment for headaches by a board-certified neurologist with extensive experience in headaches and pain relief treatment.

Our comprehensive treatments include everything from basic selective epidural steroid injections and facet care, to more complex interventional procedures such as radiofrequency nerve ablation, and advanced procedures such as minimally invasive disc decompression, intrathecal infusionpumps, and spinal cord stimulation.

In addition, SIPA offers image-guided injections for the treatment of peripheral neuropathies (such as carpal tunnel syndrome), degenerative joint disease, and complex regional pain syndrome (RSD).
